All ticket sales and entry passes to events at Quantum Club are **non-refundable** and **non-transferable**. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Event Cancellations
In the rare event that Quantum Club cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, safety concerns, natural disasters), ticket holders will be notified via email or SMS. In such cases, guests will be eligible for either:
- A full refund; or
- Credit for a future event of equal value.
3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. Entry is strictly based on the time and date specified on your pass. We recommend arriving early to avoid any inconvenience.
4. Incorrect Purchases
We do not offer refunds for incorrect or duplicate bookings. If you believe you made an error, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected]. Refund requests after this period will not be entertained.
5. Third-Party Platforms
If you purchased your pass through a third-party vendor, please refer to their individual refund policies. Quantum Club is not responsible for refunds processed outside our official website.
